Hello,

I'm 24 and I don't really get whiteheads that often. What I do get are red bumps on my face that only might turn into white heads after I pick at them. I pick at them b/c I get tired of looking at them after a week. I also have a lot of blackheads. Are these red bumps (look like cysts) caused by excessive oil in the skin?
