Acne from steroid use

Hi,

To be honest and up front. I have decided to use some steroids to increase muscle mass. though not high amounts i do get acne. my skin does not appear to be oily, is it also the hormonal imbalace at the skin level causing this. anti estogens have been used. would i be better using a steroid that does not convert to dht.

any help in understanding the workings of what actually causes the acne would help. I would be interested in this product as preventitive measures also.
