Acne problems

hello! I have a big problem. in September I went to my beautician to "clean" my skin altough i haven`t big problems. then my skin became sore, very very sore.in January i was at the dermatologist, he prescribed : Aerius pills and sotret and moistures: isotrexin and nidoflor + thermal water. 3 months of treatment and no result. I do not know what to do anymore…I`m18 years old and i practice Fencing of9 years … my doctor said the acne may have appeared because of the mask that i wear to training. please give me an advice.i don`t know what treatments to apply and what to do. a good day
