which is the ingredient in clearogen that is reducing the production of DHT (Dihydro-Testosterone)? how can it works just on the skin, without taking in it in oral treatment?

Natural DHT blocking supplements taken orally such as saw palmetto supplements and teas are not very effective at clearing acne because only 5% (approx.) of supplements taken internally are distributed to the face. Technically to make a significant improvement you would have to be taking handfuls of saw palmetto supplements per day to get the same effect as applying it topically. Clearogen uses fatty acids such as ALA, GLA, Linoleic Acid, Oleic Acid, and other natural ingredients to block DHT.
