delivery of anti DHT ingredients

Name: shoppa
Question:

after doing some research into topical antiandrogens it seems that the difficulty is in getting the ingredients that block dht/inhibit the enzyme deep enough into the surface of the skin so as to be effective. how does clearogen over come this problem? what is its delivery system?

also, topical antiandrogens seem to be such an obvious solution to acne/oily skin with none of the side effects of oral hormone blockers, so why hasnt the industry ever really researched and developed this to any great extent?

p.s a slightly tongue in cheek question, but do you think that the lucrative industry that has grown up around offering "solutions" to acne suffers takes advantage of there vulnerability in order to make a fast buck. (answer at your discretion, ive had good results with clearoegn so far so this isnt really aimed at you in particular)

Dear Shoppa,

We use our own unique liposomal delivery system to get the ingredients down to the oil gland.

I am not sure why they haven’t but dermatologists for years have been prescribing oral anti androgens to their female patients suffering from acne so this is nothing new. Clearogen is new as it is the first topical acne treatment that uses natural anti-androgens to do the same thing oral medications have been doing in the past. We exhibited Clearogen for the first time at the American Academy of Dermatology this year and many doctors were delighted that such a product is finally available.

Acne is a serious problem with various physical and psychological ramifications. Almost all over the counter acne treatments work to some extent which means they are not taking advantage of the acne sufferers. But most acne treatments don’t work perfectly which along with the large demand for an effective acne treatment is the driving factor behind the variety of treatments in the market.
