Exfoliating and Removing Black Heads

hey. i heard a tip that if u put vaseline on your nose and forehead for three minutes then use a soft toothbrush to exfoliate the dry skin works good, and it does, but is it safe to do this daily in regard to skin health? and also what are the best methods available to remove blackheads?

Vaseline can block your pores and cause more black heads and acne breakouts so you shouldn’t do it anymore.

To get rid of black heads you should first prevent them by using Clearogen. For exisiting black heads you can use a flat comodonal extractor to open the pores and pull out the black heads. You can purchase this tool from any pharmacy.
