Facial bumps

I have a few flesh colored raised bumps on different areas of my face, they are not "whiteheads" as they have no white or clear excretions. I have had them for a few years now but would desperately like to be rid of them. They have a cauliflower-like appearance to them. No pain or itch, nor redness. can you recommend anything? Thanks
