Pain ful Pimples

I get these pimples that are tender when they are small and get really huge & painful. I had it on my leg, inner upper thigh & arm. It makes me want to cry. Its also embarrassing. I would feel better if I atleast knew why Out of nowhere I am getting these types of pimples. If you are intimate with someone is it contagious? please help me they really hurt and I have a mark on my leg from one of them.

These may be infected or a condition called Hidradenitis Suppritiva. Please see a dermatologist to evaluate further.
