tiny flesh colored bumps

My 19 year old daughter has had three flare ups of tiny flesh colored bumps all over her face and neck. Other times when she has had it she worked for months trying to get rid of it. However, three times when she had the flare up we went out of town and it literally cleared up overnight.

She has been to a specialist who has done several blood/urine/saliva tests with no problems. She is on several supps but nothing gets rid of them.

Could this be an allergic reaction vs. acne? It looks more like a rash although it is not red just very tine flesh colored bumps, millions of them all over her face.

Please help!!!

What is the size of these lesions? Are they itchy? Is she using a new face cream or treatment?
