Vitamins with regimen

Ive heard of people saying they use omegs-3′s or fish oil with clearogen regimen.

do you approve of taking vitamins, if so which ones are best?

Omega-3 or fish oils are not necessary to take with Clearogen but may be good to take for your overall health.
