I am nearly sold on your product as I was looking for info on Proaviv and found your site, just have a few questions:
I am 37 years old and have a fair complexion with freckles and seem to have a combination skin.
I am hypertensive and take 20mg of enalapril maleated daily.
I also take primrose oil (1 cap) and have recently increased my dose of zinc to 30mg daily.
I am using Boots no. 7 and have tried topical Benziol paroxide, which really does not help.
I have and interutering device called a Merina, which is mostly progesterone releasing.
I have always had the odd pimple now and then but usually clears up. Over the last three months I have developed hard large pimples along my jawline and neck.I do squeeze them as they are visible and hence ugly scars (blue/red) have developed.

I thought my problem was hormonal but nothing seems to be helping and I do not know how to manage the situation.

If we order 6 months supply and the product does not work, can I return the unused product and get a full refund? I live in Ireland, you do not have a supplier here?

Can you send me a cleansing routine/method describing how to clean and what to use i.e facecloth or sponges to clean your face? What about face masks or scrubs, do we have to use them? Can you provide a detailed cleansing routine if requested?

I assume I can continue with Boots during the day?
