Adding a topical retinoid like Retin-A may reactivate the acne?

I have a verry important question and I need a urgent answer: You told me that I can use a topical retinoid like RETIN-A to control the oillines and to help with the scars,but I want to know if the tretinoinum 0,05% can reactivate the acne because I know that at the begining of the treatmnent this substance may develop a lot of pimples,zits or really a bad acne.It is true? Please explain to me!!! How can I use it with Clearogen(applying clearogen after 1 hour?),the skin will not rash to bad or exfoliate?

Dear Nick, Please tell me what you are trying to accomplish. If you want to work on your scars it is best to use chemical peels along with Retin-A or tretinoin.
