Clearogen does not reduce the size of pores. However, because Clearogen helps to clear the sebum (oil, dirt & bacteria) in your pores and keep them clean they definitely appear smaller. You should consult an aesthetician or dermatologist who can assess your skin and recommend the best option to help reduce the appearance of your pores. You can use any makeup you like with Clearogen. We recommend a mineral makeup with a SPF of 15 or higher. Because Clearogen has acne medication in it some people may experience sensitivity. We recommend that when starting the Clearogen system you only use Clearogen once a day. If you experience sensitivity either reduce toner use to a q-tip application only on the pimples or leave it out of your regimen. This should reduce any irritation. If sensitivity continues to occur you may have sensitivity to Benzoyl Peroxide in which case you could return the product.
