Can a 4 year old boy get pimples on his legs? He gets these things that look like pimples on the inside of his thighs. They are painful and actually get swollen.
Dear Janice, These leasons are most likely represent folliculitis and not pimples. Please have a dermatologist confirm this before starting treatment.
