Clearogen is completely safe as a DHT blocker for use during pregnancy but we don't recommend this use because it contains Benzoyl Peroxide. Although Benzoyl Peroxide is considered safe by FDA during pregnancy there has been rare reports of potenital problems. Due to this reason we don't recommed use of Clearogen Acne Lotion during pregnancy. You can safely use the Cleanser and Toner while pregnant.
