Skin is still oily after using clearogen 3 1/2 months

My daughter has been using the clearogen system for 3 1/2 months now. Her chest and back have cleared up, and her face has improved but she still gets a few new breakouts especially at her period time.
The problem is that her face still gets very oily by afternoon.
What can she do to improve her situation?
Please advise.
Her oil glands are producing too much oil due to overproduction of DHT. Clearogen will help to decrease the oil production since it reduces the activity of the oil gland by lowering DHT production. If she is still having oily skin, have her use the Clearogen lotion twice a day. The lotion is to reduce the oil production.
