Please explain me why the tretinoin (0,5%) makes acne worse?, or even when is used for regenerate the skin or for treting acne scars he generate pimples!!!

Dear Nick, Tretinoin should not make acne worse. It may make your skin more dry and red, but if your acne is getting worse you need to restart the use of Clearogen again. What other treatments are you using for your acne scars?
